Lovely get away
We enjoyed our stay at Jasmine very much. The house was very well equipped and was tastefully and comfortably furnished. It is obvious that the owners care for this property and I would certainly return. Would also like to comment on the welcoming and pleasant manner in which we were received. We visited a number of restaurants but liked Sky Beach best for lunch and a new spot on the shell beach just as you enter James Cistern........for drinks and bites. Leon Rolle's. Really cute place and lovely people.
Worth the trip.

Most Restful Vacation Ever
My wife and I spent a wonderful week at Jasmine House. The house is just as advertised. We didn't use the AC. Everything we did use worked perfectly. WiFi was excellent. We rented the jeep from Cordy. It is getting a little worn but was reliable. We spent a couple of days at the lovely beach on the property. We also spent a day at Harbor Island and spent several days finding nearby pink sand beaches where we made the only footprints. We did our grocery shopping at Governors Harbor and the Island Farm market down by Palmetto Point. We had a magical evening at the new restaurant at French Leave and also enjoyed Tippy's, the Beach House and Mate & Jennies. Gayle provided excellent information for the house and the area and she checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be going back next year. We highly recommend Jasmine House - just don't take our week.

MissouriSolitude found at Jasmine
My husband and I have had the amazing fortune of staying at Jasmine many, many times over the last few years. Gail, the homeowner, goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are well-informed for their visit to this lovely get away in paradise. From the moment we first step into Jasmine, we begin to feel the stresses of life disappear. The love, sweat and tears are all evident of Gail's love for Jasmine. There really is no aspect of Jasmine that has been overlooked. An early morning mug of coffee, or tea along with a good book on the screened in porch is an excellent means of relaxation! In the early morning hours before dawn, you can hear the waves roll in and out on the beach beneath Jasmine, which for us is absolute music to our ears! The outdoor shower, along with the privacy of the backyard is the perfect place to de-sand yourself after a day of fun at any of the SEVERAL secluded beaches the island has to offer. The side deck off of the kitchen is extremely convenient when grilling lunch or dinner, not to mention the view of the ocean is breathtaking.
Watching the sun rise over the ocean never gets old, whether on the beach or sitting on the screened in porch, it is always mesmerizing. Likewise, sunsets on the Carib side offer a wide variety of the color spectrum. Jasmine is one of those places you visit and don't ever want anyone else to know about because you want to keep the 'secret to yourself'. We fell in love with both Jasmine and the Island of Eleuthera pretty much immediately the first time we visited. Those feelings continue to grow every time we are fortunate enough to make the trip.
If you're looking for solitude, a retreat from the everyday hustle and bustle, LOOK NO FURTHER! You've arrived! Submitted: Jan 15, 2015
