Indulge yourselves relaxing amid the exotic flowers of the tropics. Try a tropical oil Swedish Massage at Jasmine. Sit on the veranda in soft lounges watching the changing blues and greens of the ocean before you. Watch rain showers dance along over the beautiful, cobalt Atlantic. At night enjoy the glittering cruise ships sliding down Eleuthera. Cocktail optional. See Jasmine reviews below.
Enjoy quiet air conditioning, satellite TV, high speed WiFi internet and CD player with ipod connection. If you are feeling too lazy to go out to dinner, Jasmine has full kitchen amenities. You may grill outside on the gas grill or even experience an authentic Bahamian dinner served at Jasmine by Brenda and Billy, two fun loving natives. Good company and great food, life doesn't get any better.
Jasmine is only 15 min from GHB airport and just 5 minutes from downtown Governor’s Harbour with it’s shops (even dive shop), good grocery stores, banks with ATMs, liquor stores, restaurants, post office, library and even a movie theatre. Jasmine guests receive an info package with maps, things to do, my guide to restaurants, and car rental info. I will even arrange your taxi and car or jeep rental (with discount) for you, if you would like.
Escape to this beautiful, wild, “out island”. Come relax, wander the beaches and forget everything while soaking up the tropical sun. Eleuthera has 110 miles of adventures, including cliffs, caves, boiling holes, ocean holes, pristine beaches, coral reefs, and wonderful people.
Be that lazy islander inside of you. It’s time.

Review #1416249 "Wonderful"
Date of Arrival Feb 12, 2011
Sometimes you don't want to give a great review because you are afraid that the home/place will become so popular that you will have a hard time reserving it again. That's how we feel about Jasmine! However, Gail deserves an outstanding review because you can tell she works very hard to make your stay perfect. From the fresh flowers to the jigsaw puzzles to the outdoor shower to having her home furnished with everything you need. Wonderful!! Gail sent us enough information for us to decide which restauruant we were going to visit each night before we arrived on the island. She arrranged for us to be picked up at the airport and have our rental Sidekick waiting in the driveway. Her Estate Manager, Cordy, was a wealth of knowledge and displayed outstanding customer service. We truly appreciated him. Back to Jasmine. Perfect location. Close to the airport and town. Close to all restaurants we dined in. Two minute walk to the beach. Six minute walk to Sky Beach Resort where you can eat, drink and swim. Perfect house. Master bedroom is wonderful. The back yard is secluded and beautiful. Jasmine could not have been better! The island of Eleuthera is somewhat untouched. Starfish, sand dollars, shells and beautiful fish. Be sure to explore the many secluded beaches. If it is hard to get to them then it is worth it!! The people of Eleuthera are so nice and helpful. Lovely people! O.K. enough. If you want the most relaxing and beautiful vacation choose Jasmine and Eleuthera. You will love it!

We were looking for a location with sun, sea and sand for our wedding. As Wedding Photographers we were looking for a location where we could marry on the beach and continue our honeymoon in the same location. Jasmine House has to be one of the nicest properties I have rented anywhere. It was like going from home to home. The property was spotless and actually beyond our expectations. Fresh flowers everywhere, all the facilities you could ask for and as pretty as a picture. We fell in love with the place that night. Gail was incredibly responsive to any request for information and nothing was too much trouble. The description of the property was very accurate, however I do not think it did it justice. My wife and I cannot praise this property enough. The owner, the housekeeper and estate manager and workers kept the place spotless, well maintained and a real joy to call our holiday home. We are already trying to book again for next year!

Staying on the island was our first time and it could not have been nicer. After arriving at Jasmine on Wykee Estates on 3-7-09 we thought we had just entered paradise. A beautiful two bedroom house that was full of hibiscus and bougainvilla..for our welcome! What a nice touch!! Beautifully decorated and very clean. The housekeeper, Kathy, prides herself on taking good care of everything inside. The grounds of the estate are just gorgeous. A freshwater pool, that was also very clean, made for a nice "laid back: spot to read, relax and swim. We so enjoyed Jasmine with all of its amenities including a very comfortable king size bed and an outside shower. What comfort! Showering in open air with the bougainvillea and hibiscus hanging overhead along with a view of palm trees and the ocean just doesn't get any better! The backyard area is so very private but so beautiful with all of the foliage. Each evening we either sat outside to "star gaze" or relaxed on the wonderful, large screened in verandah with lovely, comfortable deck furniture. Our plans are to return to this very special island and its people. We would highly recommend a vacation stay on Eleuthera and being pampered at Jasmine!!

How did we love it?????????????
Let us count the ways:
The house was a beautiful, sunny and sparkling clean...PARADISE, just as you promised!
We loved breakfasting on the lovely porch overlooking the ocean!
We took every shower in the outside shower... looking up at palms, hummers and flowers!
We snuggled in our comfortable bed, reading books we never get around to reading!
We swam in the shining pool and walked the marvelous beach!
We loved every minute of every day and it's all thanks to you and Jasmine!
Great and wonderful house.

It is a great and nice house with a beautiful garden. The first day, I saw a couple of whales from the living room.
It is a perfect place from where you can visit Eleuthera (North and south).
I love this house.

From the moment we crossed the threshold we felt at home. Jasmine House is beautiful and the extra touches (like the flowers everywhere) and all the home comforts: music, well stocked cupboards. Loved the outdoor shower, especially at night when the stars are incredible. The screened in porch is lovely. The owner's list of contacts and directions were invaluable. She thought of everything! The beach is FANTASTIC!! We LOVED the island and the people! Everyone was so friendly and laid back… just what the doctor ordered for a vacation. I would not hesitate to recommend Jasmine for a vacation.
Want shallow water, no surf? Enjoy our large estate pool. Walk between the Caribbean and Atlantic Oceans. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic and take your evening cocktail over to see the golden Caribbean sunset. Enjoy seeing different fish every day snorkeling by the boat ramp on the Caribbean side. Or laze away an afternoon fishing there.
